we have a cat with cat acne! we got coconut oil from GNC and rubbed it on her chin every day for a month or so and it cleared right up but its something you have to continue with when you stop…

My cat gets these too!! Thankfully it’s not hyperthyroidism (or bowls or anything)…he’s just a gross boy who doesn’t clean himself well🥲

I think some cats are just prone to it like some people are. My cats are siblings and have everything the same - one has cat acne one doesn’t.

Maybe try the wooden end of a match stick, or wooden chopstick to exfoliate, those look like blackheads that will catch on the wood and be pulled out easily.
