Let’s get excited for back-to-school season with some Sprinkle Energy Bites! 🎊 One can never have too many energy bites and this flavor is made extra special thanks to @LorAnn Oils | ad | We’re using their Organic Almond Bakery Emulsion and Pure Vanilla Powder to give these energy bites a birthday cake-like flavor 🎂 With LorAnn Bakery Emulsions and their Pure Vanilla Bean Powder, you get delicious pure flavor without the alcohol-based extracts. And their Organic Almond Bakery Emulsion is a nut-free product! So if you need this treat to be nut-free for school, just use a seed butter in this recipe 👌 Here’s how to make them! INGREDIENTS: 1 cup creamy cashew butter (or seed butter) ⅓ cup pure maple syrup 1 teaspoon LorAnn Organic Almond Bakery Emulsion 1.75 cups old-fashioned rolled oats 1/4 cup flaxseed meal 1 teaspoon LorAnn Pure Vanilla Powder 2 tablespoons melted & cooled coconut oil ¼ cup jimmies sprinkles, plus 3-4 tablespoons for rolling INSTRUCTIONS: In a large bowl stir together cashew butter, maple syrup, coconut oil and Organic Almond Bakery Emulsion. Add in rolled oats, flaxseed meal and Pure Vanilla Powder – stir a few times then fold in sprinkles, mixing until fully incorporated. Cover the bowl and chill in the freezer for 10 minutes - this will make it easier to roll into balls. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place sprinkles in a shallow dish - set aside. Using a rounded ½ tablespoon or small cookie scoop, scoop mixture into a ball and roll between palms, then dip or roll into sprinkles before placing on lined baking sheet. Repeat this process, placing energy bites on baking sheet in a single layer. To store, place energy balls in airtight container in the fridge for 2 weeks, or in freezer-safe storage for 3 months. LorAnn carries a wide variety of products that are perfect for anyone (dairy free, nut free, low-carb, etc.) and can be used in a variety of different ways. Be sure to check out the LorAnn website for their products, recipe ideas and more!
