Peds nurse here! I would rotate Tylenol and Motrin every 3 hours since he’s over 6 months and can do Motrin now! Teething usually only causes a fever of 99-100 maybe. Keep him hydrated!!

Definitely not normal for teething. But you are doing it all right mama DR. In the am to check the ear ☺️

If you have insurance, there should be a 24 hour nurse like you can call for things like this. They are licensed nurses and can give advice on if you should just give him Tylenol and wait for the dr

First time mom to an almost 14 month old and by the sounds of it yes I 💯 agree with going to get his ear(s) looked at again with our daughter it never fails teeth=ear infection with the high fever

My kids always had fever and snot nose when teething. My youngest had tons of ear aches

Sometimes yes a high fever can come with teething…. I would definitely have the ear rechecked ❤️

My son’s pediatrician said that teething will never cause a real fever so not over 100.4. Hope he feels better!!❤️
