You better not make too many of these or you’ll probably become addicted (and btw, I used less cheese than I was supposed to so do as I say not as I do) Recipe: 250g cassava flour 200g grated cheese 1 egg 50ml water 50ml whole milk 100ml peanut oil 1tsp salt Mix and bring the liquids (and salt) to a boil. Incorporate with the cassava flour in a bowl, followed by the egg and cheese. Work with your hands until smooth and make small balls. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes 😋 #Recipe #food #cooking
