I’ll be serving these amazing CHEESE STEAK NACHOS on 2/12 and rooting for the Eagles! If you follow me, you probably know that while I was born and raised in NY, I’m an Eagles fan. That’s what happens when you parents (born and raised in Italy) don’t care for American football and you marry an Eagles/Phillies fan. 1- 16 ounce ribeye 1 onion diced 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup peperoncini drained and sliced thin 1 bag corn tortillas 1 jar Cheez Whiz -Place ribeye in the freezer for 1.5 hours. -Add olive oil to a medium sized skillet and heat over medium-high. Add onions, cook for 3 minutes, then reduce to medium and cook until onions are golden brown and silky. -Remove ribeye from the freezer. Use a sharp knife to slice ribeye into thin pieces. -Add ribeye to a cast iron skillet and heat over medium high. As the meat cooks, use a spatula to break it down into smaller pieces. -Add Cheez Whiz to a small sauce pan and warm over medium-high heat for 3 minutes. -Add one thick layer tortilla chips to your serving plate, top with ribeye, onion, cheez whiz and sliced peperoncini. #nachos #cheesesteak
