I place on hold come back after 5mins, tell her I am still waiting for a supervisor then on hold again for another 5minutes. when back I give a first warning of yelling at me, place on hold again for 5minutes and when back I tell her I am forced to drop the call. because she clearly called to waste her time, so I help her waste it.
