I’m glad u got a 2nd opinion :,) one dentist told me I had 2 cavities infront of a whole waiting room but my 2nd opinion confirmed I still have none😭

the best update 💙 also if you can find a way to work a couple extra alcohol free rinses throughout ur day *especially before bed it's better than overwhelming yourself with a big routine change
