That’s not cortisol it’s carbs and sugar. I know because I stopped eating carbs and sugar, and all of those symptoms went away. not the stress that still here

I have all of these symptoms and more. My doctor said I do not have high cortisol and my blood work is fine. It’s maddening! Meanwhile weight continues to go up and I feel like heck.
