Have you tried those calming diffusers for cats that you plug into the an outlet or you can by a spray but it’s supposed to help with anxiety!

I get it my cat used to over groom herself all the time and coconut oil is a life saver. They get very angry about it tho lol

my dog would over groom and give herself hot spots, coconut oil really did wonders to help! she’d even eat a spoonful of it as a treat and it would just help over all (not sure if cats can eat it

girl are you still having issues? bc will totally send you a picture of what i use for mine! it’s a spray so you just have to hold them for a split second, usually it’s pretty easy
