@thefitadam: If you don’t feel at least a little bit hungry in a calorie deficit, you’re probably not in a calorie deficit. I don’t know if you *should* feel hungry. That’s misguided. I think it’s *OKAY* to feel hungry and remain a bit hungry. But if you’re strategic, you can truly avoid the hunger lol… I certainly do.
