I use a sponge with the stencil I find it easier than a brush or a roller and the less paint the better x

Try using only a little paint on the roller but go over it 2-3 times. If theres too much paint it will smush like it did before

I think doing every tile of the edges and then getting an outdoor rug for the middle under some furniture. Also you could take one of the far corner tiles to replace the missing one ☺️

Maybe keep a bucket of water near by and swish it around then dry it off for the next. The wet paint from the previous tile is causing the unevenness

Leave the edges, sand and seal and it will look way better. Even if you’re putting chairs etc in the middle it will make it look better, good job for a quick one 👍🏻
