After 200 years of total annihilation, it would def not be that much foliage. Especially on the west coast. You need living plants for new plants to grow

Terrible mod suggestions. try these: A forest tree trim (also adds grass but not too much), more vines, NAC X (best weather and lighting mod ever made) and also true storms and the compatibility patch
