I haven't done this in years but brings back a lot of good and bad memories lol my knuckles, wrists, elbows, shoulders and back are thankful I no longer work with rebar and concrete 😂

We use foil cause the steel erectors bitch about the tape residue being worse than concrete in the threads

My thought is a double template would keep the bolts straight. Some guy on a vibrator will push those over pretty easy while pouring.
