Lemon Juice (or Vinegar) Pinch of Salt Bring milk to a boil over medium-high heat in a large pan. Once boiling mix in lemon juice or vinegar, add salt; milk should start to separate. Let redt for 5-10 minutes. Strain curd from whey using cheesecloth. Now for an hour or more chill the cheese still inthe cloth and place something heavy ontop while chilling just to get as much whey out as possible. Once chilled remove from cloth and enjoy. Store farmer’s cheese in airtight container in the fridge for 10 days 😁
In Mexico we call this 'Queso Fresco' (fresh cheese)
