Sometimes I cannot sit still for even 10 minutes of a 2 hour lecture but on other times I can hyperfixage and do u uni work for 6-8hrs straight no food or break 😭

love your videos, I was diagnosed Add at 9 years old. I'm actually in the process of being re assessed at 38 years old. have found adhd, ptsd and sever anxity also ! crazy !!

Did not know it was mental disorder. I was diagnosed at 39 which (10 yrs ago). Doc gave me meds, it helped but lost doc & haven't seen one since. I have no clue how to manage this, I'm learning.
