This. My daughter had a super casual food truck bbq wedding.. did 99% of it, but still hired a day of coordinator BUT one of her friends declined to be a be a GM bcz it wasn’t his thing

I work at Costco, for the most part we need 24 hours notice on half sheet cake orders! You may get lucky that they have extras but come early in the morning to ask!!!

Most important thing I learned at my own wedding, never have family members do any major job at your wedding. My husband’s uncle was photographer and we got no pictures of anyone in my family.

my friend had a personal cake to cut. it was hidden till it was time to cut. that way kids weren't putting fingers in it, no jealous exs could get to it, and it wasn't going to fall over.
