Does doing these rotator cuff and all your other excersises actually get rid of the core problem, or is it permanent, so il have to do certain movements froor the rest of my life

An observation, others and personal experience. heavy seated OHP wi DB never really did result in great shoulders. Quality isolation work more effective. Wonder what other people have found?🤔
