If you look at store bought ones youll see a long ingredients list with a ton of unnecessary ingredients. & this is the EASIEST ➡️HIGH PROTEIN⬅️ snack when traveling! We used 1.5 pounds of London Broil sliced in thin strips MARINADE: 1/2 cup no sugar added pineapple juice or chunks 1/2 cup gluten free soy sauce 3 cloves fresh garlic Season generously with ginger, red pepper, & garlic powder Cover & let it sit over night! If you are using your oven, set your oven to 170-200 degrees and bake for 3-6 hours checking frequently.
