@oneplateclub: Triceps related elbow health 💪 🫡 If you want to get rid of pain, you first want to take ownership of the issue at hand! 🤕 Issues can go away by themselves but I often find that won’t be the case if you’re not doing anything intentional to address it. 💆♂️ If you experience pain while you bench there are also things you can perform on the spot such as soft tissue releases or self massages. 🌞 As well as more thorough warm ups to ensure you experience less pain during the benching itself. ☝️ You may also need to address your biceps and forearms with the same strategies I mentioned in this video as well! 😓 Pushing through a little bit of pain is okay, but if you’re consistently making it worse you might want to reconsider your strategy. 😤 I have not found an issue I could not solve in my body with the right amount of diligence. 🧪 So keep an open mind, don’t be afraid to seek out professionals for help and keep experimenting with new strategies! #benchpress #benching #powerlifting #powerlifter #triceps #tricepsworkout
