@sophiebakas: Spring cake 🍓🫐🥝 Written recipe linked in bio 🫶🏼 Ingredients: For the cake, you will need 150g granulated sugar 150g unsalted butter (melted) 3 eggs 1 1/2 tbsp whole milk 150g all-purpose flour 3/4 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt For the whipped cream, you will need 250g heavy cream 25g powdefed sugar For the toppings, you will need Strawberries Blueberries Kiwis Instructions: For the cake: Preheat your oven to 190°C Mix together the butter with the sugar Add the eggs & the milk Stir in the dry ingredients Pour the dough in a 20cm butter mold Bake for 25 to 30 min at 190°C (convection bake) Let the cake cool 10 min in the mold before transferring on a wire rack to cool Whipped cream: Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form Assemble: Once the cake cooled, top it with the whipped cream and your desired fruits (I used strawberries, blueberries and some kiwis) #spring #cake #baking #fruits #whippedcream #Recipe #dessert #breakfast #brunch #weekend
