I got hired as an on demand. And even the HR lady asked when I got hired if I wanted to stay on demand. I’m only on demand because of school and don’t have to worry about scheduling myself in finals

It’s more for people who can’t be at a job full time but want to work. I love my new on demand job at Target 🎯 make sense for me because I only work 3/7 cashier here!
