2-3-3 basically 4-3-3 with out lb and rb so when your learning how to play out from back and pressing from the front noting really changes when you go to 11v11 u now just have lb and rb

Cheers mate , I always thought of doing a 242 coz every team plays a 341 . And i think the 1 up top isolates the striker 👍🏼

@Mark Connolly807: Problem is very few use wings and modt play is threw middle and ball over top 4-3-1-1 would break that down easily at that level I referee that age group every week

The correct answer at this age should be…a formation to suit your players! Don’t fuss too much about team tactics. Individual tech/tac much more important!
