if you push the metal piece on the bottom (the thing it clicks into) toward where it will lock in.. it will lock in. one of the gyms i go to does that ❤️

I honestly think it's broken unless there is a knob under the seat or somewhere to tighten the abduction? Mines is like this too and I go to crunch

When mine hors like that its because the cable attaching the weights to the adjuster thing comes loose - but mine is a technogym machine so it may be different issue

I take my foot and push back on the front of the metal part I front of the one and then you’ll hear it click on the one. That happens all the time at planet! Lol I hope that helps and makes sense

Yes adjust when u sit down put ur feet on the rest with ur heels make sure it’s as closed as can be lift up the adjuster and the open as wide as u wanna go & its set

Usually what I do is kinda force it to go to like zero lol some of them r just messed up . U can also use two yoga blocks or foam rollers on your outer thigh to have more range of motion

the machine is broken. you should only ever have it wider if you're doing any standing hip abduction but that's for balance. the machine shouldn't have that much play in it.

You can’t in that case. The cables are loose and they would need to take the machine apart and tighten them, but you can always put pads/yoga blocks between your legs and the pad on the machine.
