I’m glad you showed this. My son is one of the easiest compliant kids I’ve ever met. He will stop in the middle of anything to do something you ask him.

They told me my autistic son wouldn’t potty train due to communication barriers and to not expect anything until 6-7 years old. He’s 4 and fully potty trained. Small wins💛 you’re doing AMAZING

i always saw that “okay last one!” did wonders. if i heard “no more” i would want more but if i heard “last one” i would assume id get to do it again and it regulated me greatly. love your parenting🥹

My boy is autistic and that briefest glimpse of the cup would have him saying waffle fries. He can spot that logo with crazy accuracy, got me seeing it too 😂

honestly it seems they handle very well with compromising. my son is incredible! tell him he has 5 more mins of play time before xy and z and once that time is up, he's good to go
