@lesleystestkitchen: Rocky Road Ice Cream 🍪 SAVE THIS for easy access 😉 INGREDIENTS: 1 cup milk ¼ cup (25 g) cocoa powder (add more if you want it darker) 2 tbsps (16 g) cornstarch 2 tbsps water ¾ cup condensed milk 1 cup all-purpose cream 1 cup mini marshmallows ½ cup chopped walnuts or any kind of nuts ½ cup chocolate chips NOTE 🍫: You can use whatever chocolate or add-ons you have on hand INSTRUCTIONS: 1️⃣️ Heat 1 cup milk and whisk ¼ cup cocoa powder 2️⃣ Allow to boil and then lower the heat 3️⃣ Whisk in a slurry of 2 tbsps cornstarch and 2 tbsps water to thicken 4️⃣ Simmer for about a minute and then turn off the heat 5️⃣ Thoroughly mix-in ¾ cup condensed milk and 1 cup all-purpose cream 6️⃣ Use a blender to ensure a smooth mixture and then freeze until semi-solid 7️⃣ Whip with an electric mixer for 5 mins at high speed or until more than doubled in size 8️⃣ Add 1 cup mini marshmallows, ½ cup chopped walnuts and ½ cup chocolate chips.
