@916today: Two year old baby fell from the 4th floor story building at 140 Promenade Circle apartments. Witnesses say the mother was gone and a 18 year old baby sitter was watching the baby and it was unknown how the baby fell. The baby was still alive, breathing and transported to the hospital.
