Would you consider HSP a diagnosis? When I brought up autism, my therapist says she doesn’t diagnose people but said I’m HSP. She meant not autistic. ADHD meds made me realize there’s something else.

My therapist told me i was hsp but i have always suffered with anxiety and depression since very young. Also introverted and just creative and different and i also stand out a lot. But excel well

I'm DEF and HSP and definitely neurodivergent, but I never thought of myself as maybe autistic? I have sensory issues.... my teenager shows a lot of symptoms... I never thought of it for me though...9

Plan misinformation. You're obviously neither. While some autistic people can be highly sensitive. Senitive people are rarely autistic.

I suspecter this! I thougt I was HSP for a lang time. Put it didn’t ad up. My dauchter was diagnosed as ASS, en I recocnised everyting. Autism fits. And then I wondererd if they weren’d the same thing

I do fully believe it's an abilist term for autism. I no longer try and fight people when they say it's not the same thing but it is.
