Ladder jockeys opinions don’t matter! I tell them very simply; if you’re not an adjuster you’re required to take photos of everything and let an adjuster decide if it is hail damage or not.

Just ignore him and then ask for a re-inspection. Also never mark up a roof. Let the adjuster/ladder assist do it. Damm rookies.
