Caesar Butter Ingredients: 2 sticks butter, softened 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley 2 teaspoons anchovy paste 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest 1 clove garlic, finely minced or grated 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper Combine butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley, anchovy paste, mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir very well until evenly incorporated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 1 month. Alternatively, Shape butter mixture into a log and roll in parchment or plastic wrap before refrigerating.
