10 to 13k here in Ontario. easily. minus the winch bumper and the tune I sold almost the same truck with a 6 inch lift for 13k and a 4 wheeler

The mods are cool and add value for personal use. But a bone stock truck with the same mileage will always sell for more. I don't make the rules, that's just the way it works.
