Serves 3 Prep 5 mins Cook 5 mins Ingredients 2 large eggs 1 firm tofu, sliced 150g minced pork 3 dried chili, chopped 2 spring onions, chopped 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tsp sugar some water 1. Crack and beat an egg, pour it over a large plate and placed the sliced tofu on it. 2. Heat up oil in a pan over medium heat and gently push the egg tofu in. Pour another beaten egg over it, then set it aside after it’s cooked. 3. Cook the minced pork until they are browned, then add the dried chili and spring onion and let it cook until it’s fragrant before adding in oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and water. 4. Add the eggs tofu back in when the sauce simmers to soak up those goodness. 5.
