@thelasvegasfoodie: We stayed at the newest and most gorgeous hotel, Caesar’s Republic in Scottsdale, Arizona and it was AMAZING! There are two restaurants on property, Pronto, by Giada and Luna by Giada. Pronto is a quick service grab and so good! It was perfect before our hike to Camelback and for a pick-me-up at the POOL! Dinner was incredible at Luna by Giada and its very similar to the one in Vegas!
