I’ve been an ECE in Sk for 15 yrs and I STILL get called a babysitter (which absolutely BOILS my blood) and I am only now also making a livable wage. ECE’s deserve so much more!!!

I make $31 an hr but the stress, physical and emotional drain is NOT for the faint of heart. You are ON all day. I love parents feel so free from diapers.🤣 It's been 87 years.... 🤣🤣

I'm an ece currently working at a Montessori School and the amount of parents who are "glad I'm not just a daycare babysitter cause those places are garbage" meanwhile the place I work is way worse 😂
