If you use a tripod or just have your phone set up to where it will not move, (you cannot be holding it) then that 10 seconds of exposure automatically turns into 30 seconds of exposure. I live in south Mississippi and I get beautiful photos of the Milky Way any night the sky is clear.

I saw it in NoVa outside DC just like ur photo. No camera needed. Couldn’t believe my eyes. Glad I captured it too. Bright shooting stars,quality over quantity this time.
