@msconduct: The @Canadian Tulip Festival officially kicks off on May 10th, but the Opening Ceremonies are May 11th with a special fly-by from the @RCAF at 11am. Main festivities & most tulips will be at Commissioner Park and Dow’s Lake but you can also find tulips spread around the downtown area including Majors Hill Park and in front of Parliament Hill & the War Memorial. It’s not just cute photo ops available! There are daily activities for kids, family and friends including free daily and night outdoor movies, the tulip market, Tulip Town, Black Light Board walk and a nightly Sound & Light Show. There’s also a fun run, a puppy parade and a drone show for the closing ceremonies. Be sure to check out their website on how to get there.
