So I have visual stress which is why it helps me but I am also dyslexic so I always assumed they were linked

Literally just had an email from my daughter’s school saying that she needs to use her over lays and she is not. My daughter is like they don’t help!

does blocking out some of the text help?? e.g, if reading a book, an overlay that they can move down to show one line at a time so can only focus on one line??
