In a doughnut??? 😱 YESSS!!! 🧀 also feeling extra fancy so we used @realcaliforniamilk truffle cheese for this, too! ❤️ I’m sure I’m not the only one who’ll love this one 🤭 see recipe and procedure below: Truffle Cheese Crumble Doughnuts by AJ Francisco Yield: Serves 12-15 Ingredients: 390 grams	 Bread Flour 50 grams White Sugar 1 teaspoon Sea Salt 11 grams Instant Yeast 250 grams Milk 1 piece Whole Egg 75 grams Butter 200 grams Whipping Cream 200 grams Dark Chocolate Point Reyes Toma Truffle cheese Procedure: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine together bread flour, white sugar, instant yeast, and sea salt. Lightly mix with a dough hook. 2. Add in California Sunshine milk and egg. Then add butter. Mix for 15 minutes on a medium speed until dough is soft and stretchy. 3. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and set aside for 1 hour to let it rise. 4. After so, bring dough to work station and flatten to 1.5-2” thick. 5. Using a doughnut cutter, press on the dough to cute. Grab doughnut shaped dough and transfer to a tray with parchment paper. Repeat until all dough are used. 6. Cover tray with a kitchen towel and proof for 30 minutes. 7. Heat up pot with corn oil to medium heat. 8. Carefully transfer doughnuts one by one to pan and fry each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat for all. 9. Transfer to a strainer to drip out excess oil and carefully line up in a cooling rack. Set aside. 10. In a small bowl, combine warm whipping cream and dark chocolate. Mix until smooth. 11. Dip doughnut in chocolate ganache and place back in cooling rack. Repeat for all. 12. Add crumbled Point Reyes Toma Truffle cheese as toppings. 13.
