Painful and 100% the harder route, I was still doing everything just at a slower pace but almost 5 years on and it’s still sore in patches and numb in others. Some days it feels fresh 😭

God I'm at 37 weeks and I make these awkward faces and positions already, and thats just carrying the baby and me lol. never mind if I had to have a c- section. 😥😫

I don't know the English name, but the " pull yourself up thing" a handle hanging on a chain above your bed, is so helpful!! 1/2

I've had two c sections, with my daughter, I never felt anything, no pain nothing, it was bliss and so easy but with my son, it's completely the opposite, was so hard 😅 and I lost so much blood

😅 I was up cooking and trying to clean 2 days after my 3rd. Coughing sucked but everything else didn’t hurt too bad.
