This is different to Grants one. You can clearly see this guy put his hands up and all going for the ball on the legs. Harry runs infront of the kicker without any intent

Kick earlier, I’m all for charge downs. Change your kicking if you don’t want to be taken down. I can’t see any reason why the kicker can’t be tackled. Next they’ll be using a kick as a dummy!
