Girl in Cuba and in Haiti we call it fufu and we make it with semi sweet plátano and top it with bacon and garlic mojo. I feel like you need to give ours a try . Yummmmmm

There’s no argument. Mofongo originates from Puerto Rico and Mangu originates from Dominican Republic. Both countries makes both plates and do a good job at it 😋❤️
