@elleinadb___: everything but the scale changed. the number on the scale can be helpful but it only tells you so much. the bigger issue comes when you are reliant on the number to dictate your progress. instead look at other variables to see how you’re doing. are you less tired? are you recovering faster? are you lifting heavier, running longer, sleeping better? reminder: not all changes will be physical. showing up every day and giving your all — even if that means 40% because that’s all you have — will do more for you than a number on a scale.
