What’s even worse is when they’re avoiding communication with you, but you see them actually talking/hanging out with other people. Then they claim they “love” you but it doesn’t feel like it at all

Securely attached here… not anxious. This attachment style sometimes irritates me bc in the moment they lack so much self accountability. They think it’s YOUR fault they’re feeling overwhelmed.
