@seeshots: 3 of the NEWEST Ramen spots in Sydney that you need to check out. 1. New Yaminishi - formerly called Spanish Sakaba in Willoughby back in 2016 before a brief hiatus. They are now back, but at a new location in Crows Nest along with a new name. Their signature oxtail ramen was surprisingly mind-blowing. The oxtail was melt in your mouth awesome, and the soup is full of flavour. The sides were also done so well. Note they only do ramen for lunch. 2. Ramen Auru - this ramen spot opened with much anticipation in Crows Nest, so just a warning about the queues. This is probably the closest experiences you will get to being in an actual restaurant in Japan with its machine that you order from and tatami tables. Go for the prawn ramen and you won’t be disappointed. 3. @Mensho Sydney - opened less than a month ago right in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, this place became famous for its Michelin rated ramen in Japan. I tried out their lobster ramen, and hands down one of the best ramens I’ve had in Sydney. Again the queues are long so turn up at least 1 hour before it opens to queue up.
