The most collagen rich homemade bone broth recipe. My go to for sickness and supporting fertility! INGREDIENTS: - 2 lb grass fed beef marrow bones (or your choice of bones) - 2 lbs oxtail preferably or any leftover bones - 5 large carrots (cut in thirds) - 8 celery stalks (cut into chunks) - 1 white onion - 1 shallot - 7 cloves garlic - 1 palm size fresh ginger - 3 star anise (optional) - 3 tablespoon of organic goji berries - 8-10 Chinese dates aka jujube dates (optional) - 4 Tablespoon vinegar or ACV - 3 tablespoon of kosher or sea salt Stovetop instructions: 1. Par boil bones for 15 minutes to rid impurities. 2. Then drain and place bones in oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. 3. Optional: Char onion and ginger over open fire. 4. Put all ingredients in big stock pot and submerge all contents under purified water 5. Bring to boil, reduce heat to a low rolling boil. Scoop impurities as they bubble to the top. Boil for minimum of 5.5 hours. Best to cook on low for 10 hours. Add water as it evaporates to keep contents semi-submerge. Try not to swirl the broth as it clouds it. 6. Season (salt, pepper, fish sauce, etc) Insta pot Instructions: 1. Place all ingredients in instapot and add water to submerge contents 2. Set on manual for 1 hour and let pressure release naturally fully for at least 35 minutes. 3. Season to taste (salt, pepper, fish sauce, whatever you like!) Sip or use as stock replacement! #soupseason #bonebroth #Recipe #sickseason #ivftransfer #ivfwarrior #fertility #chinesemedicine #Foodie #recipesforyou #recipevideo #momssupportingmoms #momsover30 #momlife #fyp #viral #ittakesavillage
