I am a tenant myself and I understand things happen. however the rent must be delivered to the LL on 1st of every month. it's a blessing to have roof on your head.

the law is always on the tenants side so wrong if you don't pay the rent you should be evicted quickly like if your buying a house and miss three months mortgage your house is repossessed

The landlord was my landlord and the guy he evicted was also my landlord. Mr Ali is used to subletting and has made thousands this way. All that money and still can’t afford a decent wig!
