Alternatively, they may position their arms in front of their bodies unintentionally placing tension on the front deltoids. It's given that one exercise may cause unintentionally affect other muscle, won't matter it could be only -5%. Bi-lateral bicep raise can still make you feel the burn in your bicep 100%
