it ends up being a problem about the ambiguous case pretty sure. Since sin(x) = sin(180-x) one of the angles is either obtuse or acute which resulted in 2 diff triangles

It’s called the ambiguous case. We can’t say there is always 1, but sometimes there is 1, or 2, or zero. Taught in Precal
