Was a bad situation all around. If you wait till a gun is pointed at you it’s too late however he didn’t have to shoot that fast with no commands to drop it. Just sad all around.

the cops were scared because the color of his skin and a LEGAL weapon by his side. the gun was not aimed and he was not being violent. there was no domestic disturbance in the apt bc he was on ft (1)
