Place the dough on a floured work surface and roll it out into a rectangular sheet measuring 27x32 cm with a thickness of about 1.5 to 2 cm.   Using a donut cutter (or use a pastry ring and a bottle cap), cut out the desired pieces.   Place the donuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for 30 minutes in a warm place, or until they double in size.   In a bowl, combine the powdered sugar with the water and mix well.   Heat a layer of sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat (175°C). Fry the donuts until golden brown on both sides.
