Honestly I couldn’t sleep because of my shoulder joint pain and now I can side sleep. It does take a month at minimum for results but they are great!

I went down to one scoop a day because it was giving me terrible diarrhea and once I reduced it got so much better. Go start slow if you need to!

I use one scoop per cup of coffee. Adding two scoops in one drink is when taste the flavor. Try it with one scoop per drink, to get your 2 scoops. It works for me. 😁
